Thrall melee and range multiplier in 3.0

Just wondering…

So far thralls have had a multiplier for melee damage and ranged damage. On a fighter the melee multiplier will be higher than the ranged multiplier and on an archer the other way around.

With version 3.0 of the game we now have strength and agility weapons. Some of the agility weapons are of the melee type (daggers, katana for example). Does anyone know if these multipliers in thralls have also changed to reflect this? It seems to me this is relevant to what weapons to give to which thralls.

Edit: Thinking about this some more, I suspect that thralls still have the same melee - ranged distinction they have always had and that strength - agility only applies to the player. So for example, while a katana is an agility weapon for the player, for a thrall it is a melee weapon.

Afaik devs nerfed thralls wholesale, to go with the new authority stat which boosts thralls. So thralls are weaker for all except those who specialize in commanding thralls.

Follow up thought. If you give thrall armor that boosts health, they will have more health, works as expected. But if you give a thrall armor that has for example an agility bonus, does that boost agility weapons?

it should. If the update changed or bugged something I dont know.
