So there should be a poti…kidding. A potion would be too easy and generic a fix. Why not just utilize functions already established?
Perhaps take into account what food a thrall/mount/pet has. Instead of pooling all the perks by level, utilize the food you give them to signify the kind of perks you are aiming for.
This would narrow down the type of bonuses without directly letting you re-roll them via a potion. So gruel for example which boosted strength would signal it to give +strength based perks.
Just some food for thought dev team
