Thralls are in the foundations

Hello,

This problem occurs quite frequently in the game:

After logging into the game, the thralls often end up right in the middle of the building’s foundations. This happens particularly often with the ‘insulated wood’ building component.

Is there any way to fix this or adjust the settings so that this problem doesn’t keep happening?
