Thralls behaving badly

Bug Description:

Thralls - released thralls from boxes aren’t really following and don’t level when they do follow. Also, if you stop one from following, you have to pull the bracelet and die to get them to follow again. Also, took a beserker off the wheel and it transformed to a lvl 3 warrior. please fix this server by restoring my zerk and making named thrall from the cage act properly and level.

Bug Reproduction:

unlocked cage to release thrall and pulled thrall from wheel

It is happening again and i am wondering about cause of issue because a day before i could rescue thrall from cage and thrall had option on command wheel to break bond with him. Yesterday i tried rescue again and option was gone. Official server, pve, EU. I have reported this to Help Center before should i do it again?
