Thralls can't/dont appear in the Volcano Dungeon still

So. This problem now has persisted for well over a year. But moment you enter the Volcano Dungeon, Any Thralls following you dont appear/spawn inside with you. Disappointed that a bug like this still persists. There’s nothing much to replicate in terms of the bug. But like i said, they don’t appear inside with you. How am i expected to level up and do a high level dungeon without my thrall?

A few years ago, I teamed up with another player to clear out The Well of Skelos, back when thralls could die in lava they would inevitably run into.

Hmm… there must be more to this bug than just entering the dungeon. My follower always goes in there with me. I’ve been farming the Blade of the Betrayer recently, so have gone back there a number of times and never experienced this issue.

Can you speak and ask other players of this server if they encounter the same issue?

My follower does, but then they disappear near after teleporting through. And don’t reappear until after I’ve left it. This has happened all year long. Horse has no problem.

Teleporting in and then disappearing until you leave is quite a bit stranger than simply not entering at all, especially it only happening to the thrall and not the mount.

I think these are important details you left off your initial report.

Do you have a way to record it?

I agree with @Tephra that more details are definitely needed.

And also what @stelagel has suggested, are other players on the server also experiencing it?

What were you doing before you enter the dungeon? What entries have you taken to get there? Did you use a maproom?

Is it only the Well of Skelos?

What type of thrall is it?

I can say that this bug does not exist in solo player.
