I’ve done something wrong in my private server’s settings. I can’t get my thralls to actually use the food in their inventory for heals or buffs. It just sits there till it rots. Any idea what setting I’ve messed up?

No. It doesn’t work at all. If you give them food they should get a combat buff. That’s not working nor is the healing when they take damage.
The food needs to be from the lists in their sheet for the bonus growth but they should be eating anything that resembles their diet when in combat. If you think you messed up a setting in the server side, reset to default and start adjusting the ones you want.
Do you run any mods? It’s a known issue currently, still not fixed - any loaded mods prevent thralls from consuming food.
Well that’s it. I use Savage Steel and a couple of others. So basically I guess all mods are broken. Weak.
are you sure its mods and not something Funcom did?
Well it clearly is something Funcom did. ^^ The gist is, whatever it is, it doesn’t play well with mods, so any loaded mod would cause that.
