Thralls falling into foundation blocks on ground floor

Placed archer thrall keeps falling inside foundations through several floors. Placed successfully on roof of six story building. Return home to find thrall embedded inside a foundation block on ground floor.

Repro steps:

  1. Place thrall on roof of building.
  2. Go away for 5-10 minutes then return home.

Building was tier 1. Each floor was two stories.

And my danse thrall was walsong out of the bulding thru the wall and found hear under the water in the starting area.
