Thralls health not regenerating Health!? PS4 Conan Exiles

Please be as descriptive as possible!

Game mode: PC hosted server Online
Problem: Thralls are not healing.Bug. I have tried potions, food, dancers, and bandages. Nothing is healing them. They have 102 health after spawning from the wheel and after 8 hours one thrall had 104 health.

I’m having the same problem. I hope this gets patched before my base gets attacked by the purge, or I’m screwed.
