Hi, I’m new to being an admin. Only about 1 month now. No big issues until today, after yesterday’s update. When I opened admin panel to spawn in a smelter my thrall list was empty, even after using search bar, it’s still empty. All other lists are good. (Animals, resources etc. Not alphabetized thrall list upon opening section or after using search). I’ve talked to gportal, restarted my server on their site and my console. Still nothing. Have I completely missed something?

Welcome to the Forum. This is happening on a friend’s Siptah server and my Exiles server isn’t just yours. Not likely to hear from Funcom till Monday.

I have checked again yesterday still can’t do npc witch stinks I want Captain Narrelle on my server.

I just logged in today (Sept 7th, 10pm) still nothing.

@Community is this intentional or not don’t want to make a Zendesk report unless it is a bug. Definitely changes plans for two private server’s I. Have admin on.
I don’t think it is intended. It is only an issue with ps4 so my guess is that something went wrong with the patch. It works fine on pc.
Sending a report to ZenDesk is useless, they don’t deal with bug reports. They are there to assist with infractions and connectivity issues on official servers.
