Follower/NPC Issue

Every so often the thralls fail to attack or be next to me, even follow a simple command. This has happened since the patch i updated today. 0s-1m 5:18-6:15 7:32-8:45 i relogged to show you that even relogging does not help, before i started recording, i relogged three times and still no change
