Thralls Rebalance
Dear Funcome, today I like to propose a different approach for re-balancing thralls in the game. You have just released an update on Test Live which feels like a nerf towards more grinding on PVE side and negligible for the PVP side. Personally the change feels rushed but I hope you have the breath to do it different even it involves more work than changing mere figures.
To make it short, I propose to keep the health of Fighters/Archers as it is currently on Test Life. Implement a damage penalty to, Thralls (not Pets!) against Players with like 50%. Further reduce damage of Thralls about 20% across the board. Implement Thralls giving a significant damage buff to the Player they are currently following and if they are nearby (like an Entertainer/Dancer, archers needs tweak).
That way it is reasonable to have thralls as companions while engaging in a fight against NPCs or other Players. Our precious followers won’t die like flies nor will they dominate the fight. If you like, the damage buff they grant could increase with the attribute they gain while leveling up. Or simply fixate it on the tier and faction of the thrall.
