Thralls STILL not following in The Sunken City

[Spotted a post regarding this earlier and an admin said that this was going to be fixed with the patch. I have just tried to enter the sunken city and thralls are still not following. ]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Go to the sunken city
  2. Dive into the water
  3. Swim to one of the dungeons
  4. Turn around and panic as you realise your thrall is still on the beach sipping a pina-colada
