I can only tell you from my development experience: You have to assign priority to bugs and then fix them from high to low.
Relic hunter 100 hp = very high because game-breaking
Items with wrong stats = also high because players have advantages
Black dragon pike granting no bonus = low…
Wrong names = low
Fiery spicy food no buff = low
So very game breaking things will get fixed first (not that a big surprise).
Then things where players have advantages and then things where players have no advantages (missing effect or buff, etc) or are only “display errors” (like wrong name/translation).
This seems to be a server/client language mismatch. Could you let us know on which servers you experience these language changes so we can poke G-Portal about it?
