Throwing Axe's are not returned to inventory when picked up after being thrown

Throwing axes disappear when thrown. They show they are returned to your inventory when picked up but it never populates.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Throw throwing axe
2. Pick up throwing axe
3. Notice it says you picked up throwing axe
4. Notice there is NO throwing axe in your inventory
5. Notice where it was on your hot bar still shows a throwing axe
6. Notice you are still wielding a throwing axe
7. Notice once the throwing axe is removed from your hotbar it is still not in your inventory

Same goes for Riptide - throw it pick it up - it is gone (dont know if it is intended on this weapon)

Better not throw it, put it in a chest for the futur. :wink:

They didn’t go missing but instead ended up in the target like its suppose to, automatic recover is OP and never should be a thing

Well no they didnt - hmm yes they did you seen them in target and could pick it up - but thats the point where they vanished.

They not been on target but never appeared in inventory or hotbar.
