No, everyone is not just fine with that. We’re just trying to point out that if Funcom doesn’t operate the servers, there’s no point blaming them for not fixing the problem or not communicating with their customers. You should direct your feedback to G-Portal instead. Blame them for not fixing the problem and not communicating with the players, because it’s their responsibility. If G-Portal doesn’t have a good way to communicate with their customers, well, that’s hardly Funcom’s fault, is it?

If you want the problem fixed, direct your feedback to the party that is actually responsible for the problem, and actually able to do something about it. I’m not convinced about your idea of a “chain of responsibility” - it’s much more effective to go directly to the source.
