Too many skill points - how to fix?

With admin rights, it somehow happened - without mods that allow it - that a chracter reached level 120.
Of course the character then had too many skill points.

The char was set back to 60, but keeps the points. How can we “recalculate” the points that a character should have, so it is fixed?
