I read it takes minimal damage if you’re not naked (not trolling).
Perhaps if you’re naked your damage gets boosted by x1000 ?
If not so, that’s a bug …
I tried him naked and with Jhebbal Sag warpaint and did 200 damage per hit
Oh cool … so you just have to hit it 10.000 times 
Well I guess that’s a bug btw … it should have around 5k HPs and would still be difficult considering you have to fight it naked.
I’m not having this issue, do you have the challenger buff under the stats page before you fight them?

So I watched some of the beta vids out there and the warpaint drastically jumps up your damage for this. End boss is still a beast of a challenge though from what I am seeing
Just gave this a quick try myself. With the Jhebbal Sag Hunter warpaint (granting the challenger buff), no armor and a katana with 20 agility, I was dealing between 5k and 10k damage per hit.
Based on your screenshot, it looks like you don’t have the challenger buff, you may have the wrong warpaint equipped

That should be the correct Warpaint. I’ve noticed the Challenger buff is removed the moment you put on any piece of armor, it sounds stupid but it might be worth checking if you definitely removed all your armor. That’s a mistake I’d definitely make 
correct, that’s right, warpaint + nude = 10k damage. it’s ok
