is it possible to migrate a toon from a secondary account to my principal account?

If the accounts are both under the same master account, such as when you log into the account page both accounts are options from the account drop-menu, then it is possible.
The option for doing this will be under Paid Services, Account Services for 1200 FC Points.
Please keep in mind when transferring characters, they can only go from: free to free, free to paid, or paid to paid (assuming expansions are the same). Characters on a paid account, or transferred to a paid account can not go back to free.
