How about charge a fee to move one character from one account to another account?

I’m totally for this, but it would need to be same billing info for both accounts to avoid any “shenanigans”.

It would have to be the same account, same payment…have to have an empty character slot for example
If I had to pay for two accounts there is no reason to ask to transfer char to another one
