Can someone outside of my clan use or even see the direction of my Transporter stone? I would like an official answer because we tested on the test server and only the clan could see/use it. On live we kicked one member out of the clan to check if he could still see them and he could. So now we are not sure if its glitched or not.

From what I’ve gathered they function like containers.
As such they use the server setting Containers Ignore Ownership, when set to true (meaning that any random person outside your clan can loot your crafting stations / unlocked chests) then they can use the transporter too just like any other container, when false they can’t.
Also, in most cases it’s very unlikely you will get “official answers” to questions like this on these forums. You might get some tech-support on bug reports from customer support / community employees, but that’s about as far as it goes, since public statements regarding any questions are typically made through their “press conferences” which are the developer streams.
