Treasures gone after restart

Bug Description:

I went out and manage to collect 2 coffers, 1 cat and 1 jade statue. Placed them near my treasurer. They did count towards my score on the treasurer list.
After server restart, all my treasures are gone. Treasures till show on the list, but are not on the ground where i placed them.

Bug Reproduction:

Get treasures. Place them on the treasurer marked area. Restart server. They are gone.

Same Problem here. Gold and stuff inside the chest is still there, but placed treasures are all gone after restarting the server.

Yh same here, but only the heroic treasure seems to be invisible after server reboot.

The treasures can be found on the ground underneath the foundations. If you clear the buildables they were sitting on, you can see them.

Yh, but they’ll drop every reboot wont they? So thats not much of a “fix”

I have the same issue. Last night I carried two heroic treasures (lemurian statue and bountiful chest) to my base and within coffer distance.

This morning they have vanished without a trace. The treasures still appear on the treasure tally screen but the placable items themselves have vanished. Event log has nothing.

The minor treasures I found and placed are still present. Only the heroic treasures have this problem.

ps. Rather pointless to go through all that trouble to carry it to my base if its going to vanish…

Bug Description:

Last night I carried two heroic treasures (lemurian statue and bountiful chest) to my base and within coffer distance. This morning they have vanished without a trace. The treasures still appear on the treasure tally screen but the placable items themselves have vanished. Event log has nothing. The minor treasures I found and placed are still present. Only the heroic treasures have disappeared.

Bug Reproduction:

Carry a heroic treasure to your base and place it within coffer distance. Wait until next days server restart and check their position.

I wonder. In the developer stream it was said that if dropped while in transit, the heroic treasures have a long despawn time.

Did developers forget that once placed within the coffer radius the despawn timer needs to be disabled? :person_facepalming:

Im having the same issue, except for me they are not even in the coffer list.

I had 2 large (cat statue and bountiful chest) and 2 small ones (harp and horn).
None are listed in the coffers. The 2 large ones are gone and the 2 small ones are still there, but not showing in the coffer list any longer.

Edit: I was able to pick up and replace them to get them back into the ledger. Same with the others have said, remove the foundations and they are there…but it was a pita to remove and rebuild everything. Please get this fixed asap

I had this issue on placed chests in my coffer zone. Turns out they had fallen through a floor tile, the pillar below it and the foundation block below that - and were resting on the ground. They were still counting on my coffer tally.

So far, Ive not had a bountiful chest vanish that was placed on hard rock (not any building piece). Two days have passed.

The treasures that vanished from me were placed on arena building pieces and the T3 altar of Set.

It could be that this bug is related to building pieces, or DLC building pieces specifically.

This doesn’t seem like it is solved. More like a workaround. Please fix this bug.

I experienced this bug just after a restart as well. 8:30 cts 6-24-23

same here. My Ancient Lemurian statue fell through the black ice foundaton.

Mine too - fell through reinforced stone ceiling on top attached to rein.stone foundation.

Same issue on Official #1942. Come back and place treasure properly, it shows in the coffer, then the next day its gone and not in ledger.

Can confirm that the treasures sometimes disappear from ledger as well.

I tried putting them on the stage, it didn’t work, they were on the ground again
