Same here bought the season pass but pretty much says i dont have turan pack and wants me to spend $10 on itā€¦ this better be fixed in less then 24 hours being i spent $30 on itā€¦ and this guy keeps trying to give us links to PC crap!!! PS4 Bro we didnt fall into that fake PC Master Race crap

Normally your right and thatā€™s okayā€¦ but when it comes to fixing things that are effecting my hard earned $$$ like buying content then not getting it, I want to know they are doing something and that I didnā€™t just spend $30 on something I wont have for days, weeks, months

The reason why Iā€™m telling you to go to a link is because this should fix it. This is a known PS4 issue.

I just restored my license and it still says I have to purchase the treasures of turan pack. I bought the season pass year 2.

Okay, well either way, Iā€™ll ping @Tascha and @Spynosaur_Nicole for tomorrow, they might be able to get a fix for it.

As far as the store goes, there was a caching issue with Sony, but thatā€™s all I know.

They do care about the problem, just because they donā€™t post about it doesnā€™t mean they havenā€™t picked it up - it only came out a few hours ago. Youā€™re always better off making a seperate thread in the bug subforums than asking here, they scan these threads less frequently for bug reports (and again itā€™s not the right subforum for them!)

Also, could you please stop swearing - If you want to vent, go outside and take a breath or do something else entirely. Swearing is against the Community Guidelines.

If you stay frustrated from one little detail and are so desperately wanting a refund already, I wonder when you will start abusing the refund feature on every game, because issues happen. Please be patient and let the developers handle it. (no offense)

Ok so I just purchased the Treasures of Turan DLC ON PS4 and I can not access the content as of 1400 CST. I would just like to know if this is a known issue thatā€™s all.

Yes, as I said, in general itā€™s a known issue, but it has to be dealt with when the licensing workaround doesnā€™t help.

I am really sorry that some of you are having issues with the DLC Season 2 Pass and Turan not unlocking. We are currently looking into the issue with Sony and waiting for a reply. We promise to get this fixed as soon as possible.
