Trying to put thralls in the new dungeon pack but cant put them in chains

it says i have to bind character to idle beacon first but i dont know how to do that. up until last week i havent played since beta so trying to learn all the new systems but i cant find the answer on google for this anywhere

Have an unplaced thrall in your inventory, walk up to the shackles and click it

I didnt know you could put thralls in those chains at all. I need to test this as soon as possible.

I knew you can put yourself in the chains but not thralls…

Good morning everyone. On Playstation you have to drag the Thralls to it in bindings after knocking out with truncheon unless this is something new. Just woke up. Thralls can’t be removed shackle walls have to be destroyed not a movable item… @anthonyr87 welcome to the Forum.

Sestus is right, those shackles only work with an unconscious thrall on a binding, just like when you put a thrall into a wheel of pain, although here they sort of get lost, you cannot retrieve them or convert them, you can’t even move the shackle item, so only use expendable npc’s to put in it :slight_smile:

I changed my in-game settings to snap the picture didn’t want to post any body bits try that when you first wake up. If you place wall at a foundation edge they hang in the air in a sitting position

Well that kinda defeats the purpose, if you cant use them to temporarily store stunned thralls before moving to wheel/gibbet/sacrificial stone as I had hoped :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

But even decoration is better than nothing. :+1:

ps. Im really looking forward to expanded dungeon sets and pieces

I purchased the wall when the Bazaar came out how well do the new pieces work?

Well the expanded dungeon isnt out yet. I hope it comes out with chapter 3. They did tease some of new pieces in the chapter 3 devstream some time ago. I think I spotted at least a metallic gibbet that hangs from the roof.

As to the “lost dungeon” pieces… they are quite restrictive in how they can be used, cause they are essentially all foundation-sized (even the roof piece is a full foundation block that can simply be placed over nothing like a roof) and there are no triangular pieces. So you can make one type of dungeon but not much else…
