Two handed spear not wear on back side - it is in the players body

Bug Description:

The two handed spears are not wear on the back side. It is in the body of the player!

Installed Mods:

Yes, only the mod fashionist has the same to show your weapons on the body, but this tool is set to hide all and so it is deactivated. I had remove this mod and it is the same issue.

Your problem seems to come from IQoL (I see the minimap). For me both Fashionist and base game look fine with this spear but I am not running IQoL:

Base game enabled / Fashionist disabled:

Fashionist enabled / Base game disabled:

Just to show, even if I enable both, it is still not as bugged as it is with IQoL (it just shows them double):

I would suggest to wait until IQoL releases their update, this should solve your issue with the attached weapons.

I have remove IQoL and its the same issue. Booth mods fashionist and IQoL make not this issue if i remove booth, then it is the same issue.
