Bug description:
Thralls do no damage (or after 1 or 2 hits) with Sword of Crom, or any two handed sword that does more than 80 damage
Bug reproduction:
Any other weapons like Hanuman’s Gada or Momentum is fine
Swinging this sword will drain your entire stamina.
Sword of Crom does zero damage when wielded by a thrall.
Sword of Crom is by far the best tank weapon. It’s simply the best 2h sword you’ll ever play in this game.
It’s not a bug fellow exile @Dimeomorph it’s an updated mechanism, thralls do not use sword of Crom we do now. Place a perk in your stamina and you can have two hits now as long as your first is light attack. With 20str, 20vit and 20 grit, wearing heavy epic you look everything in the eyes and slay it like a true barbarian.
No fancy moves, not even dodging in many cases, you slice like an arena champion.

You can also use it with the classic PvP build, 20 Strength, 20 Agility, 20 Vitality, aka. SAV
The key here is Rolling Thrust with Agility, because you can dodge + attack for free.
It does lock you into full Poke & Roll if you use the Sword of Crom, but it is playable.
Now, as mentioned by @stelagel, you can use the Light Attack without running out of stamina, because it consumes 130 Stamina.
5 Points in Grit, drink water, and you have 135, so you can already Poke & Roll with the Sword of Crom from LVL 5, but only with the light attack 
That isn’t true. Thralls cannot use the Sword of Crom or any weapon that is corrupted, which includes Carnage and Blackheart Blade, but every other two-handed sword with 80+ damage can be used by thralls.
This is no longer true. Post Age of War, Sword of Crom merely has a 3x stamina drain multiplier. If you manage to get your stamina high enough, you can actually swing it multiple times.
Thralls were prevented from using Sword of Crom because it was only supposed to be swung once before you depleted your stamina, but this restriction carried over even when it is only a stamina drain multiplier now.
This is inconsistent though, as other weapons also have stamina drain multipliers and have no such restriction, which is why I suggested thralls get a “Stamina Rating” to balance these weapons out without giving thralls actual stamina.
