UI is too large on 3840x1600 - no way to resize on xbox games pass version?

I have come across this forum with info on how to change an ini file -

but the ini file in question is not in the same place - there is a WindowsNo Engine.ini in D:\Game Pass Games\Conan Exiles\Content\WindowsNoEditor\Engine\Config\Localization

but editing it has no effect after starting the game?
can someone help?
