Unable to connect to any server

Cannot sign in to any server. ConanSandbox log available if needed. We have already fully uninstalled and reinstalled using instructions in the FAQ. Ping is under 150 average and he does not get ping errors from servers.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Sign in to server, and game hangs. Eventually fails saying unable to connect, server timed out or cannot be reached. We have the sandbox log if needed.

We updated the client and server software during the evening. This could have caused this issue you’re reporting temporarily. If this issue persists please let us know.

Ok we will test and find out.

Ok we were still unable to connect after retrying just now. Connection to server lost. Also, we did try the steps in the post shared by @Vattende above (Thanks Vattende!) but those steps did not help either. We’ve also made sure it is not a firewall issue on the user end, as we put the PC in the DMZ of the router. Antivirus software disabled for testing.

Unable to connect to Steam right now, so no further clue for yet.

Maybe also a simple Steam issue, they seem fiddle around lot these last days, and weeks.
Let’s hope for a soonish solution for us all ! :crossed_fingers:
