At first we just thought it was a base in the crevice that was invulnerable, but it seems that everything is invulnerable, despite it being raid time.

You are playing on an American server. Raid time won’t start until around 4 hours. I believe it will be 18:00 PDT.

It was an issue last night. We tried at 5pm Central, 7pm Central, 10pm Central, and then I tried at 1pm and 3pm today
What time zone are you in? It definitely wasn’t raid time when you initially posted this topic.
I would wait a few hours until 18:00 PDT and if you still can not damage buildings it might be worth making a report through zendesk
