Unable to load after update

So after the update today, I updated all of my mods, tried to load into SP:

It would get a sliver of a loading bar, then just freeze. Program would eventually stop responding.

I uninstalled all of the mods, tried to start a new game:

Same thing.

Verified files:

Same thing.

Is anyone else having this issue? Conan simply will not load a game.
