Unable to Log In Errors

Was wondering if you all had worked out the errors wherein players were unable to log back into servers or respawn. From my understanding it’s causing a MASSIVE issue leaving a good chunk of players unable to log into their servers, going so far as to take down all the South American servers not too long ago.

Any date estimated for a hotfix/patch? I absolutely love this game and would hate for it to get a bad rep just because of one little bug.

They did not even wrote a tweet, steam news or forum topic about those issues. It talks very bad about FUNCOM that they continue to sell the game in south america and they dont even mention that there is a current bug that prevents players to login private or official servers.
