Unable to make in-game store coin purchases through Steam

When I attempt an in-game purchase of Crom Coins through the Steam version of this game, I get an error that Steam did not allow the store purchase. I have contacted steam support, ensured settings are correct, turned off anti-virus, everything they indicated, and the problem persists. Tried purchases in solo mode and shared servers. This is a problem that has arisen in the last few months. I have made these purchases without incident in the past.

When playing Conan through Epic Games, the purchases work fine.

I want to give Funcom more money!

Thank you for your report. Please follow the steps to verify your game files:

  1. Open Steam
  2. In Library, click with the right button on the game and select “Properties”
  3. Select the Installed files
  4. Select Verify integrity of game files….

If the issue still persists, please submit a ticket to our Help center so our team can investigate what’s happening.

Make sure to select “in-game purchase” as the issue type.
