Bug Description:

Unable to move items between player inventory and chests

Bug Reproduction:

After the Age of Whatever update this is, new UI and treatment of containers was released. Among the several problems, I am unable to move items such as a single profession thrall into an ordinary chest, despite there being sufficient free room available. I am on a PC and not using a Game Controller, but this old fashioned device known as a Keyboard and it’s corresponding device known as a Mouse. When I drag and drop, the item does not move. When I Shift + Click upon it, it does not move. When I change the 4 drop down sort labels to any other value on both sides, it does not move. Yet, I can sometimes use other functions or other chests to move this item into THOSE chests, but back to the first chest, it will not accept my item.

Additionally, when I choose “No Sorting” on the target chest, I can’t even relocate items from one position into another position.

I could tell you probably a half dozen other broken things about the UI and this update, but I think I should open each discrete item into a separate ticket, for effective assignment of issues.

It has partly worked for me to let go of the items and grab them again. It doesn’t always work :frowning:

The same sort type “WITHOUT SORTING” must be selected in all windows at the same time.
In the player’s inventory window, in the chest window, in the workbench window.
