Is it just me or do all the bosses have a 90% to not drop a legendary. Kind of sucks when you go through and kill every boss without a single drop aside from fragments. I get the game is a grind and what endgame consists of, but the chance to even drop something decent seems very low.
Have faith, they do drop these items.
Well, literally been farming for a maelstrom since 8am PST. I’d say I got a legendary item every 10 kills out of 100+ kills. No Maelstrom

If it could be increases slightly it would be good. I know a lot of people aren’t able to dedicated a ton of time trying to farm specific items. If I could find a decent loot table that would be nice. Not sure if all bosses drop the same gear or not…
I dont think they should up the droprate, like mentioned above rng is tough sometimes, but thats what makes it rewarding.
I for one keep playing as long as i have something to hunt for, as soon as thats gone i loose interest as i have buildt a lot, and explored a lot, and the only thing thats really interesting is new items and new stuff to do wich is rewarding.
New items/Thralls and building elements will do this.
When Funcom added the bosses and loot in Unnamed city, the game had a good upswing that lasted past the free weekend, the reason is simple, it takes some time to get all the items you want, that makes the world fill with players and everyone likes that.
For my self i have 150 runs in UC, have 1-3 of every item exept the sword of crom and lifeblood spear…in wich i have 0 
So, rest assured, the item will drop, but it may be hard to get.
To bad the new dungeons dont have anything important for my playstyle to gather tho, i would love to have a reason to go there but its just not worth the trip and hassle for little or no reward.
I mean, the recipies are cool to have, but i dont see it to be important.
Funcom do show a crative approach to the items tho, and the difference in playstyle now really comes in to play, also the fact that thralls act differently and utilize different weapons are good stuff.

I have had the same frustration with farming and not getting any Legendaries at all. But RNGesus must have heard my pleas, I am now the proud owner of not one but two Crom swords and a lifeblood spear! I was so happy. But it took a long time to get and allot of farming. Best of all was I got the swords from the skeleton bosses and not even the Red Mother. And I got both swords almost back to back in separate runs.
Basically it boils down to this, have fun and keep trying but do not spoil the game for yourself by focussing just on getting these items. The frustration will get you.
I know it sucks, believe me.

I don’t know if you’re right, but considering you are: 10% a boss drop a legendary weapons will means 100( 1 - 0.9^7 )% = 52% of having at least one legendary weapon / armor each run of the Unnamed City (there are 7 bosses).
Wich is really near to what I’m experienced.
Of course, finding one specific weapon or armor piece it’s a real pain, but hey, I think it’s not a bad chance, I love to have really rare powerful weapons in the game.

there is this one guy yelling all day long that this legendary needs a nerf and that legendary from red city needs a nerf as people farm them and equip armies of paylers and thralls with it (making it look like there are 5 to 11 dropping on each boss kill)
then there is you yelling that out of 100 kills only 1 legendary drops and they shall up the rate!
Of course there is much grey in between but to be fair i am glad not to be a dev becuase no matter what you do - there will always be a LOT of bad words
Hmm, shows that that the The Commander (Skeleton 2H-Sword) is the only one who drops Maelstrom, but I have heard other players getting it from the other bosses as well. Could be an outdated list though as you said.
I’ll keep trying him as well. Been at it since yesterday. Hopefully it will drop soon. Pretty much have everything else already. I want the hammer that guy has. He hits pretty hard.

If not I have about 300 fragments to spend lol. Still Farming day two and most of the time no drops. RNG is harsh for sure. I did get the Black Feather Helm which I didn’t have, but not sure what the point of it is. The armor value on it isn’t as desired on other helms and it causes corruption over time?
I agree the damage is a little low on the hammers, but I feel like they hit much harder than what the damage says, especially if given to a thrall. That and it’s the only weapon I’ve noticed I don’t get interrupted with during heavy attack + aoe knockdown.
Been at this all day and the last 12 kills have been 0 legendary drops… I have got about 8 rage hammers now though…\
Edit: Day 2 all day farming. No Maelstrom >.<
It works! Just got my Maelstrom today!!! So happy. Took 3 days.
