Found the solution!! , I had to roll back my integrated graphics card [ Intel ® 630 ] driver to the OLDEST version available, 21.20.16.4526 from the date 2016-09-23 And i can launch all my games that didn’t work!

Is there a way for you to disable the integrated graphics card from the bios? The error you’re experiencing seems to commonly happen on laptops running an integrated and dedicated card.
