Let us help understand the issue you’re reporting . Has your Xbox One restarted itself after the patch, are you getting long loading times when accessing a server and when accessing it, you’re experiencing issues when trying to gather resources?

EDIT: It seems that Xbox Live is down, which is likely the reason why you’re experiencing this issue.
