Bug Description: I upgrade some new tools after AOS Chapter 3 and the upgrade icon is not showing. There’re purple color around that item but without the icon. The starnge thing is the old tools that already upgrade long time ago is still showing the upgrade icon.

I have had this bug on PC/Steam for a long time, both before and after CE 3.0 Sorcery.

Hope that DEV fix this up and not leave it for a long time.
