Weapon and Tool Upgrade icon badges missing after client restart

Bug Description:

Weapons and tools previously upgraded do not display their upgrade type. Each time I login to the game the icon is removed.

Expected Behavior:

Weapons and tools would have icon badge indicating which upgrade they have applied i.e. Master Weapon Fitting, Blunted Weapon Fitting etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Check Weapon or tool upgraded before the patch or upgrade a new weapon and relog.
  2. Try to determine what kind of upgrade it has by observing the icon
  3. Fail to know what kind of upgrade the tool or weapon has installed.
