I was able to craft Flawless Vanir Settler light armour. Only the leg part of the armour does not show on the Female avatar. Icons are all there, crafting station, in the armour slot/inventory, and the bonus to the attributes are showing when worn, just looks like she is not wearing it when slotted. Regular version is fine it shows on the avatar (do not know if Exceptional does or does not)
