Vault final chest reward - no recipes (35+ runs) bugged?

Since the update release I’ve done a lot of Elder Vaults run. And I’ve got ZERO recipes from the last big chest. I’ve made something around 35-40 runs with my clanmate in total. Have someone encountered a single recipe since the update? Maybe it’s my bad luck (don’t believe though, too much runs)?

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

About once in 5+ large chests I find a recipe, after update 2.3

there is a new mechanic for obtaining recipes. Scrolls fall from storm monsters, connect them and get a recipe
