Early access war-torn rhino is not loading into new games. I have it checked in the steam dlc management. It is not showing up in the new funcom launcher dlc tab. If I load an old save file the war-torn is craftable.

I also have this issue. My old character on Exiled Lands can craft the wartorn rhino, but my new one on Siptah does not.
It happens similar to me!
I can only craft it in the solo game.
