Watchers feats still not working

Bug Description:

The watchers gear is back in the feats menu but it remains unable to be learned.

Bug Reproduction:

I have tried disconnecting and re-linking my account, I have available feat points but cannot learn the watchers feats that appear in the feats menu. I did earn them through twitch.

Same here, all Twitch drops not working on private server/official server. Singleplayer/coop they are craftable.

Known for many months and there are dozen reports about it and nothing has been done at all.
