Weapon Smith kits does not show in blacksmith bench

I have the the first two weapon smith’s unlocked, but the kits are not showing up in the black Smith bench. I upgraded to the improved bench and they are still not showing up. Any other issues like this happening ?

I believe that the weapons and armor kits are now built at the new Tinkerer’s Bench.
