So when I’m in my inventory or a crafting station, I can’t single click anything to highlight it. I CAN double-click to move it, but the game is simple not recognizing single clicks in inventory. Work fine for combat or anything else. Also, when I do a search in any window(for ex. G) if I type G, it goes to the tab that opens with G, instead of letting me type further. Same with any other key that happens to have a related tab. These both just started out of nowhere. No new mods or changes made on my end. Any idea?
what about old mods?
I mean… they could always update and change things or react differently to game changes.
I looked. No mods have updated. Game also hasn’t been updated since a few days, and it’s worked fine in those days.
Alright, so does that mean if you temporarily disable all the mods, you can reproduce this same issue in the vanilla game as well?
Seems to be ok when all mods are disabled. Weird how I didn’t see anything updated. Guess I’ll have to do the one-by-one mod check. Sheesh.

A potential culprit could be mods that display something when you open the inventory, like a button etc.
If they have their UI showing up at the same time, it’s possible the transparent background of them actually steals focus…
things like my little compact button there, but not this one ofc, cuz I’m using it and have no problem with selection But similar small things opening with the inventory could be causing it.
Ofc if you can’t pinpoint something like that specifically, then the fastest might still be to enable them half at a time and remove half of the problematic half… then you can narrow it down to one mod in just a few restarts even if you have many.
I’ll check things out and report back. Appreciate the help.
