Bug Description:

The boss in Well of Skelos never appears, never leaves a corpse, and never drops the key item you need to unlock your bracelet. The dialog is there, but it’s double and repeats until you leave. This has been the case for multiple character accounts that I create and then overwrite.

Bug Reproduction:

Couldn’t tell you, as I’ve dealt with this issue every single time I create a new character to start over.

The solution is to move away to the rendering distance and return. He’ll be sitting on the throne.
