Are there any uses for sand beast bile glands?
They are delicious sautéed in butter, white wine with a bit of garlic and tarragon. Serve on rye toast. 
(Actually I believe you can make reaper poison on the firebowl cauldron with them, to use on daggers. - This is incorrect, its the poison glands for this - Thanks to Kendaric for the correction)

You’re thinking of sand reaper poisn glands, which are a different item. As far as I know, no recipe in game uses the bile glands.
