All depends on the weapons you prefer.
Harpy spear is the number one spear on siptah and nothing else is even worth using. The cripple effect is devastating in pvp especially if you are good with a spear.
Harpy daggers for the same crippling reason
Hammer of the legion. You’ll have to craft a good amount of them but you can get one with almost 90 damage and 65 armor pen and put poison on it.
Sword of the outer dark for sunder although black ice broadsword is still the best one handed sword.
Annoying shard or axe of the outdark
Feroxic weapons are next in best
