I was playing on official Siptah server. I couldn’t log in two nights ago and decided yesterday to make a new character on Exiles Lands official server. Today I am trying to log in to the Siptah server I put a star beside and it’s asking me to start a new character. I don’t understand. Did I lose everything?

Are you sure it’s the same server? Favoriting a server doesn’t mean it’s the same one. Two nights ago was just an outage where most people couldn’t play at all, but it’s been resolved since.
If you are 100% positive that you didn’t made a mistake like @Jimbo said, then send a report on Zendesk and do not log in this server! Just to be sure that you aint gonna send a potato report, first check your history! If you don’t know hiw to check your history let me know to send photos! The link of Zendesk is this

I am sorry everyone. The star next to the server confused me. I never had a character on it. I went through all of the servers and eventually found the one with my character. I don’t know why it doesn’t show any characters on the server list.

I am writing the 4 digit number now so next time I will know what server to check.
