I think it looks more like the monster on the cover of Deathtrap Dungeon, but the exiles wiki calls it a tsuchinoko too.
Oh! Sure! That snake with tons of eyes, they are very similar, even the rooms are similar if you look closely…
I see…probably because its serpent demon/monster shape but its head is like a “dragon” not like a snake, so its head and tsuchinoko’s one are different.
