What is Funcom doing after they completely broke the game?

How so? Funcom asked the players to send in reports if they found a bug or something. The players sent in many reports - 322 of the reports were acknowledged. The Devs were forwarded those reports. The players were informed that their reports were forwarded. That’s a perfect situation. Where’s the abuse?

And this is VERY selfish thinking on your part - which is why I said what I said. They do not owe you a response and you are not entitled to one. If they didn’t respond to you personally then they either:

  1. Already had received one or more reports on the same thing,
  2. Don’t think it’s important, reproducible, or accurate, or
  3. Were just busy and missed it.

So you should yours as well. i totally agree with DarthWolf. 0 communication with community. If they are so on track and listening to community … there should be posts from mods / devs all over the forum. Why most of the people believe no one is listening to them? Cuz there is 0 communication between community and devs. People did not get this feeling cuz devs/mods are responsive.

In every forum there are people who understands that thing takes time, but with proper communication which in this case is not. There are also a few people on forum defending devs whenever someone criticize something (we call them fanboiz). Which category you are fitting … you should know yourself, but this game really needs a step up in right direction or soon every single line of code will be forgotten.

Funny, I didn’t find a single response on the cases I’m having issues and I’m not the only one having it. I’m not satisfied with “we are investigating” or “it’s a known issue and we are working on it”. This copy/paste message is not mods/dev response it’s just copy/paste message.

What we would like to know is how they gonna handle the situation and mostly when it’s going to be fixed. I can still find a couple of bugs which goes way back and yet they are not fixed. As devs finds something “not so important” it doesn’t mean players see that issue the same way. I mean c’mon, me and you are we reading same forum?

They do not owe you that information nor is it needed as it’s 100% common knowledge. Someone will get the report → they will sit at a desk and try to reproduce it → then try and discover why it’s happening → then either fix it themselves or get their fix idea approved or bring it up in a meeting → push the changes to the dev-tree → test it quickly to see if it’s gone → release the changes in a hot patch or version release.

And they never ever will! Unless they ARE you that’s not gonna happen. Priorities have to be made and adhered to or nothing will ever get done. That’s just part of the development cycle. Expecting otherwise is unreasonable to put it as mildly as possible.

IKR, so many people who have never written a single line of code or designed a single product in their entire lives telling a company with like 10 or 15 games under their belt how to do things and then calling them names when they think the company isn’t following their implicit demands and desires. Ridiculous, right?!?

So, how much they paying you? You would be suprised how much code i wrote in my life :slight_smile: I expect at least copy of my bio from your side since you know so much.

I already did that and I think you need to reread them too! I wrote: " It’s seems with implementing of ingame store and microtransactions devs became cocky." And “Everytime when somebody reported about bugs, there are always was response from devs and people know, that they are aware about problem. But now, it’s looks like they don’t care” I marked keywords special for you and other people who might see something insulting. So, where is insult? I’m seriously trying to see, but I can’t. Can you help?

No doubt they became cocky since transactions are coming. Like in every single gaming company why would here be any different. I’m with you on this one.
