Why do I have a feeling that before release of Age of Sorcery devs were all over their customers with info and such and when it came out no word from any of them at all about fixing bugs, whats the next step, how they will improve gameplay, AI etc.
There are tons of bug reports (mostly new one), there are people all over challenges (they don’t work, they are repetative, siptah one appears in exiled lands etc …), game breaking bugs but no one gives a damn about it?
People got a feeling that devs wants to kill the game. IS this the case? As a payed customer I would really love to get any information about those issues, how they are managed, how they will be managed, who is working on those, are the issues acknowledged etc …
I believe as a company you have community manager, how about make them doing their job after the marketing new unworking stuff …
It’s funny I used to make a stink on the forums about all the bans and how they didn’t give feedback with us in their own forums. I thought to myself ok maybe they just don’t like the complainants about banning ok that’s fine. Now when they don’t even say anything on the hundreds of posts about ridiculous performance and bugs.I get it, they are just absolutely terrible at communicating all together.
It’s seems with implementing of ingame store and microtransactions devs became cocky. I’m also reported about incorrect russian translation of challenges a week ago, and for now it still no response. At first, it thought that all about politics and ban of russian comunity, but they continue to translate content and games into russian
For me and many others it’s not possible anymore. I get a bluescreen on my PlayStation when I try to play siptah. Single player and also offline.
That’s not nice work what FC is doing here with pushing untested updates. It’s my opinion that they don’t test it, I don’t realy know it. But if they test how it could be that they release it.
I think I will lose my progress on official siptah server because I don’t think they will fix it until this week. Maybe they Stop the decay timers but that’s my only hope and I don’t see any reaction like this from fc.
When you work in a big company, there is orders that come from the top. The project must be done at this date, you have this budget, this mean for example 10 peoples and 3 months.
And after you do what you can
Bugs and problems will be solved later in the next months.
It’s not simple. But finished projects with tons of bugs it’s not good for it. People try to help devs to make this game better, but devs not respond to reports on forums. People worrying about that. I’m also tried to report about bugs through ingame menu and guess what? It’s broken, when I try to do so, I’ve got a message that told me to do it on forums…
Well, Just since the official release of 3.0, I count 322 reports that they said they have received often with a personal message to the reporter and that they have either already fixed or that they are working on. WTF do you want, a personal visit to your home with chocolates and flowers?
ehm? In the next months? No. If the release a big update. Hyping it like ever before and so on. And it comes out like this. They should put everything aside and make this update work before they start working on another that probably will add more issues.
That’s been the problem with FC since day 1, they are pushing 1 update. Then some small patches that’s almost not even noticable. And then they push another big update and let the mountain of bugs/glitches just growing bigger.
They should focus on releasing an update → fix bugs asap and make it work → work on next project.
Not : relase huge update → fix some small issues that’s not even noticable for players almost except some → work on next project → fix bugs from the previous update.
I agree, but i have aleady said to come back next year.
I will take months to fix and balance everything.
It is time to take a break and discover others games
Farthest Frontier and Planet Crafter are good!
Chocolate and flowers leave to yourself. I prefer pizza and beer. Oh no, players abuse devs by sending them a tons of reports about bugs. Seriosly? I’m sure that this forums have moderators that working with reports, send them to devs and keep order. Yeah, maybe respond to every report is ridiculous, but marking them with tag Report-Receiverd to let know players about that they aware of it is not a big deal
“People try to help devs to make this game better, but devs not respond to reports on forums.”
I showed you 322 instances of them responding and in over 30 cases, personally. And you come back with some complete untrue and incorrect strawman insanity about abuse?
And you said: “I count 322 reports that they said they have received often with a personal message to the reporter and that they have either already fixed or that they are working on. WTF do you want, a personal visit to your home with chocolates and flowers?” This sounds like players abusing devs. I send them report about incorrect translation, but they not respond, not even tagged it. And when I wanted to figure out, why It happend, somebody complained on my message. I’m even not insult anyone. And now you blame me in insanity and that I’m using drugs… What next? Are you going to complain on my message?
